Mal’s Place ❤️ A Safe Space in Kensington

AML family… we did it.

We’ve officially secured a room in Kensington, and this is our next big project. This is bigger than anything we’ve done before this is the start of something real.

This space is going to be a safe, welcoming environment for our brothers and sisters out here in the struggle. A place where people can come in, take a shower, breathe, feel human again… and not feel judged.

Because sometimes it’s not just about getting clean it’s about being seen.

Why This Matters

Out here, so many people have been forgotten.

They’re sleeping on the ground, disconnected from family, disconnected from hope. After a while, that life starts to feel normal.

But we know the truth this is not who they are.

And just like addiction can change the mind… recovery can too.

Mal’s Place is about creating that first step back.

What This Space Will Provide

With your help, this room will become:

A place to shower and clean up

Hygiene supplies (soap, towels, clothes)

A safe space to talk, connect, and be heard

Help reconnecting with family or resources

A judgment-free environment filled with love and respect

This isn’t just a room… it’s a second chance starting point.

Going Even Further

Along with providing this safe space, I will also be actively looking for missing people in Kensington helping reconnect families and bringing awareness to those who may have been lost or unheard.

This mission is about more than just the present it’s about bringing people back home.

We’re also opening our doors to supporters who want to visit, see the impact firsthand, and spend time with us as we continue this journey in Kensington.
