On May 1st, our lives were shaken. My son was crossing the street on his way to work, like every other morning for the past 3 years. He was mid way through the cross walk when out of nowhere came an unexpected blow that could have devastated our worlds forever. He was stuck by a truck, whose driver was blinded by the early morning sun, and tossed 49 feet from the crosswalk. The miracle is that he survived this event and words cannot express how grateful and thankful to the Lord we are that he is here with us today! Austin has made such great progress, but his recovery journey is going to be long and demanding.

He has shown incredible strength and resilience, and we are so thankful for the progress he's made so far. Unfortunatly, the reality is that his medical needs are ongoing, and the cost of care is more than we can manage alone.

We’ve held off on asking for help over the last several months, but now we’re turning to our community — family, friends, and kind strangers — because we truly need support. Any funds raised will go directly toward:

• Medical treatments and therapies not fully covered by insurance

• Transportation to and from specialists

• Other unexpected expenses
