Kalihi Corner LLC is a popular local food catering business originated in Kalihi, Hawaii. Originally founded and operated for 15 years a woman behind the name created delicious and heartwarming food to spread her love for cooking to everyone who had the opportunity to support her. Many of you may know her as Aunty May, but she’s also known as a Mom, a sister, a beloved friend, and your local neighbor at the Farmers Market. Due to an unfortunate turn of events she recently was diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma this summer. Thus ending her career earlier than expected. Due to this abrupt change in her life her family and friends can only support her through this difficult time to a certain degree. Aunty may is facing the biggest fight for her life. The treatments, the doctor visits and medical bills are overwhelming. And while she continues to stay strong for her family the financial burden is heavy. We’re asking the community who are able and willing to help her find the silver lining in her darkest moments. Any donation no matter the size will go directly to her medical expenses and recovery needs.
