Lend a Helping Hand for Randall Dowdy

To know Randall Dowdy is to love him. Randall is one of the most caring people in the Pittsboro area. It is very rare to see Randall without a big smile. Randall brings joy to so many through his musical talents and his caring personality. For those that don't know Randall, he is best known in our area as the lead singer in his family gospel group, The Dowdy Boys, and the drummer for local band BigTime Shine. Randall is also the drummer at his church, Fair Promise AME Zion Church in Sanford. He is also seen playing at Blues Jam Night at the Mod, as well as events at The Plant.

These last few months have not been the best for Randall due to health concerns and a recent automobile accident. At this time, Randall is in need of some financial assistance in order to gain dependable transportation. As people whose lives have been touched by Randall's kindness and generosity, we are asking others in our community to join us in lending Randall a helping hand. Anything given will be greatly appreciated and if you are not in a position to give, we ask that you pray for Randall. All donations will be going toward the repair of Randall's car and unexpected bills due to his health concerns.
