Hello, I'm James and I've been fascinated by storms and tornadoes for most of my life. My passion for engineering and design naturally led me to the world of tornado intercept vehicle design. I'm not alone in this journey—my best friend shares my enthusiasm for storm tracking, live weather events, and radar analysis. Together, we've spent countless hours following storm chasers and learning from the best in the field.

Our inspiration to create the Twisted I came from watching renowned interceptors like TIV 2 brave the most intense tornadoes. We wanted to take on the challenge of building a vehicle that could withstand even the strongest storms. After finalizing our design, we knew it was time to turn our dream into reality. Every dollar raised will go directly to the project, starting with the purchase of the initial vehicle and then moving on to essential materials like steel and armor for construction.
