Hi, Friends! We are Parker and Grant Fleming. We are excited to share we will be visiting the Dominican Republic on a mission trip through TIME missions from July 6-12. Together with other area students and men, we will be hosting a baseball camp for children in the Guaricano area. That is a suburb of Santo Domingo. Baseball is a primary sport in the DR. The annual camp is heavily attended with some children having to walk miles to be able to participate. We organize and oversee various skills stations as well as rotations through worship and Christ’s teachings each of the five days. Our goal is to evangelize through sport hoping to bring even one child to Christ. We know we will be blessed in the process.
