Join Us to Aid a Mom in Her Cancer Battle

On March 28th, 2024, I was diagnosed with triple positive invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. I am a single mother of 3 wonderful boys. My diagnosis derailed my life in so many ways. Due to my cancer treatments—chemotherapy, double mastectomy, and radiation—I had to quit my job in April of 2024. It has been a whirlwind. I have received the most sincere and caring support from friends, family, and even strangers, to which I am forever grateful.

My treatments were anything but easy. I only completed 3 out of 6 chemo treatments due to severe adverse reactions. In August, I underwent a bilateral mastectomy, which had been a success until I experienced an injury to my reconstructed breast due to the radiation treatments. I am scheduled to have surgery in February to attempt to repair the damage.

This journey has been nothing less than challenging in every way possible—financially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. I’m determined to beat this! I’m asking for your help and support to make it over the finish line. Thank you for your support.
