Howdy! I'm Frank Thomas Petty, but everybody calls me Tom. And this is my story of the worst three words I have ever heard from a doctor. "You have cancer." Not only cancer but pancreatic cancer at its latest stage.

Four years ago I found a job that I really enjoyed and had decided to work until the age of 70. But life tends to give us many obstacles to overcome, some that we never thought we would be in. Yet this is a fight that I have every intention on winning!

Because of this diagnosis I have been forced to retire. The

retirement process is one that takes time and our household and medical bills are piling up. Our income is not nearly sufficient to cover everything.
