My sister, Tolu Dada, was a dedicated nurse who always went the extra mile in caring for her patients.
Her health took a sudden decline last summer, and on September 4th, 2024, she received the devastating diagnosis of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). It has been a challenging ten months filled with multiple hospital admissions, treatments, and fighting to achieve remission.
In the middle of this fight, she also had to deal with the unexpected loss of our father, Joshua Bamidele Dada, this past April while she was hospitalized. This made her fight even harder for remission as she endured multiple treatments and setbacks.
Unfortunately, things took a drastic turn for the worse last week and she ultimately went to rest in Jesus on Saturday, August 16, 2025. We are completely heartbroken but grateful for the courage and strength she had until the very end.
We are so grateful to everyone who donated and just kept us lifted in thoughts and prayers. If you feel moved to continue to donate, it will greatly assist in her funeral and other outstanding expenses. Thanks so much and God bless you all.
