My wife Justine(Tina) was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia(AML) on July 10th,2025. July started our fight against this horrible illness. Tina has started round one of Chemo in July 2025. During that hospital stay she also had a Bone Marrow biopsy and determined that during her next round of Chemo she will also need a Bone Marrow Transplant. After round 2 ( Sept 2025) of Chemo we will need to stay local to our hospital in Detroit, Michigan. At this time our stay is stated to be 2 months in hospital and 2 months in the local area. During this time myself and my wife Tina are responsible for gas/food/lodging and daily needs/wants of day to day to life. Those things listed are the things that we are reaching to the community in hopes of help as we will still keep our home/bills in Bay City, Michigan up to date with our normal SSI income. The care/treatment after this 4 month period is still to be determined. With this being said any help that anybody can do to help with our stay in Detriot is very much appreciated so we can still keep our home here.
