My name is Davin Roberts, and I am fundraising for my cousin's husband, Steve Waller. Steve is electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1. Steve is also a husband, father, son, brother, and I am just scratching the surface of who this man is to so many people. Steve is married to Corrie Waller, and they have four awesome and amazingly talented children. A couple of years ago, Corrie underwent some medical complications. Many of us met on here and worked together to raise funds to help the Wallers get through a truly hard time. We all rallied to do our part (which we all can never thank you enough), and I can report that the GoFundMe army that was raised across the United States was unimaginable. Supporters that have never met the Wallers even came out to show their support, which was a huge blessing. Throughout Corrie's road to recovery, Steve stood by Corrie and encouraged her the entire way. Steve and Corrie's relationship through adversity has been an inspiration, and they have been by each other's side through the good and the bad, for richer and for poorer, and in sickness and in health.

Today, I call upon the GoFundMe army to rise up once again. Steve has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Although this mountain seems steep and rugged, this army has been here before, and we know what we are capable of. We know there is strength in numbers, we know we don't quit until we achieve success, and we know we don't stop fighting till the war is over. I ask that we all unite again to take on helping the Wallers through this time. If you are new to the army, then find your place among the ranks and prepare to fight alongside the Wallers. We stand united, and we don't know "failure" as an option.

Corrie has taken off work to be by Steve's side. Anyone that has ever had a family member battle cancer knows the road is tough, to say the least. Medical bills, monthly bills, treatment (short-term/long-term), everyday child expenses, and groceries are some of the expenses we are aiming to assist with. Any and all support is appreciated.
