America has finally woken up. The murder of George Floyd in police custody, the murder of Breonna Taylor in her own home, and the horrific words of Amy Cooper have reignited the flame of the Black Lives Matter Movement. No longer will we ignore this injustice. 
     
     Protestors across the country are fighting for the arrest of the three officers that were active bystanders in George Floyd's murder. However, these protests are just the beginning, and the most difficult challenge of enacting real change has yet to come. 

     Together, the Sororities at Bucknell University condemn the acts of violence, hatred, racism, and injustice towards Black communities. We cannot and will not stay silent. Therefore, we are raising money to benefit NAACP Legal Defense & Education Fund Inc. (LDF) which supports racial justice through advocacy, litigation, and education.
