Michael Arthur Bounds, 60, was reported missing on November 27, 2024, from Eureka, California. He is diabetic, dependent on insulin, and has not taken his medication since his disappearance.

He was last seen at his home around 4:30 PM on November 27, 2024, leaving with a friend. At 5:50 PM, his silver 2006 Dodge Charger (California license plate #9CCF459) was spotted at the Pine Hill Apartments.

The most recent use of his credit card was in Blue Lake, where he purchased tobacco. No further transactions have been reported since.
