Herbal Alchemy is more than a syrup, it’s a memory you can taste.

We’re now seeking the support of generous donors and early patrons to bring our first full collection to life. With your help, we’ll share these alchemical creations with the world, one sip at a time.
Born in Chicago and infused with years of artistic and culinary devotion, each small-batch flavor tells a story. Grief and joy, longing and wonder, all steeped into syrups that invite you to slow down and savor.
We are raising $15,000 to bring Herbal Alchemy to full launch — covering testing, packaging, and our first shelf-stable run — and $30,000 to secure permits, re-test our Classic line, expand production, and capture the soul of this story on film for marketing, bringing this our muse, aisling and this dream to life
MEET THE MAKER
Raised in a Charleston, Illinois home steeped in community, our founder learned early that food was ceremony.
He didn’t follow recipes. He followed rhythms:
- Garlic blooming in a pan
- The comfort of voices weaving together at the table
- The way a meal carries flavor and memory from one generation to the next.
Years later, trained in fine art and storytelling, he began weaving myth and memory together. Herbal Alchemy is where it all converges — flavor as feeling, myth as muse, alchemy as everyday routine.

Aisling is a dreamwalker from the Celestial Grove. An intuitive presence who whispers memory back to life, guiding the creation of each flavor. Through her story, we remember our own.
