It started with a child who is neurodivergent, texture-sensitive, brilliant, and strong-willed. Feeding him real, nourishing food became a daily battle.

It hit me — if it’s this hard to feed one child real food, it must be this hard for millions.
What began as a personal struggle exposed a much bigger problem.
So I stopped accepting it — and built a solution.
