Joe was in a severe dirt bike accident on Tuesday, January 21. He suffered extreme injuries to his face, head, and hands and is receiving care in the Neuro Trauma ICU at Sutter Roseville. He has a long road ahead of him, but should make a full recovery. Joe likely will not be able to work for the rest of the year and may need in-home support once he’s out of the hospital. While we're fortunate he has medical insurance, there are many expenses that will not be covered in the healing process, including his son's childcare.

Joe has never met a stranger and is beloved by those who are close to him. We're excited to see his spark come back and his dog Sasha can't wait for another park date with her favorite guy.
