Hi, we're Lara and Simon. Around 3 years ago, we started planning our dream venture of a premium vegetarian cafe together. After a lot of ups and downs, we finally have a venue in our gorgeous hometown of Thame, opening in October. We want to create a fresh energy in the area; a modern cafe in a classic building with kindness and positivity at its core. As chains continue to take over our high streets, we feel guest experiences have become more transactional and have lost the quality human interactions that we value so much. In order to keep up with those chains, we need to make sure Kali has the best equipment, allowing us to work efficiently and concentrate on giving you, our guest, a great time.
