This year, I’m taking on my 4th London to Brighton bike ride to support the British Heart Foundation.

As always, this cause is very close to my heart - The journey is always a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the struggles faced by those living with heart conditions.

Heart disease affects so many lives, and with your support, we can fund life-saving research, better treatments, and ultimately, save lives.
