God gifted me a deep passion for crafting truly nourishing products from pure, wholesome ingredients. When I couldn't find an organic beef tallow skin-care balm with the clean, essential-oil-infused profile I craved, I created my own—rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), closely mimicking the skin's natural sebum for deep hydration, barrier support, and soothing relief for dry or irritated skin. These balms are now the heart of Scratch and Grace. After a draining career, I quit on my 46th birthday (May 5, 2025) to launch it fully: organic beef tallow skin-care balms, artisan sourdough, a cookbook, and faith-filled digital downloads—all glory to Him.

I built my homestead dream—chickens, garden, the peace I'd once avoided. Then silent killer black mold (Stachybotrys chartarum) invaded my home, flooding me with mycotoxins. I spiraled into extreme fatigue, severe brain fog, confusion, mood swings, and felt like I was losing my mind—profound disorientation that made daily life impossible.

Praise God: He revealed the mold, led me to safety, and started my recovery. Brain fog lingers some days, but I'm back—gym strong, baking weekends, and energized.

Now God is calling: Jump full-time into Scratch and Grace. Trust He'll catch me.
