Join the fight: Help Emily Mirza beat cancer

Joseph here. Hope you're all doing well. Today, I'm reaching out for my sister, Emily. Most of you know why she's so unique and cherished in all our lives. A few months back, Emily mentioned that her mountain bike rides were becoming tougher. What we didn't anticipate was the following news: a Stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma diagnosis.

**How it feels:** 

It's surreal. Like living in a dream, hoping to wake up and find things back to normal. My sister, the brightest spark in every room, is facing this? Every conversation with our friends, every family gathering echoes the same sentiment: "How is this even possible?"

**For those who might not know Emily well:** 

Emily isn't just my sister. She's a whirlwind of positivity. Her laughter is legendary, and she's always the heart of any gathering. She seems to be everyone’s favorite person, always there for our friends, as she's always been there for me. And if there's anyone who can face down cancer with tenacity, it's Emily.

**Our Mission:** 

This GoFundMe isn't just about funds. It's about showing Emily the massive support system she has. Although we don’t know the full cost at this time, Emily will also be undergoing holistic treatments and fertility treatments, none of which will be covered by insurance. The money we raise will ensure she has access to the best medical care and will be able to consider all treatment options. More than anything, I want Emily to focus on getting better without the burden of financial stress.
