The Steve Rummler HOPE Network is a non profit organization that has implemented free Narcan access points throughout Minnesota. Over 70 thousand people in the US die each year from drug overdosing, and over 1200 in Minnesota alone. 40% of which could have been saved if administered Narcan by a bystander. Naloxone, otherwise known as Narcan is a drug overdose aid that could potentially save a victim's life.
