Greetings, dear friends and community members. We're reaching out to share the story of EZ, affectionately known as the Sign Guy of St. Petersburg, Florida, and his beloved wife, Kim. You might know EZ for his magnetic presence and his heartwarming signs scattered across our community, spreading messages of Kindness, Prayer, Love, Faith, and Smile.

Unfortunately, life has taken a challenging turn for EZ and Kim. Recently, EZ was admitted to the VA Hospital due to severe kidney and liver complications. His condition is critical, marked by high ammonia levels, causing confusion and disorientation. While he bravely waits on the transplant list, the possibility of dialysis looms over him. The doctors have expressed urgency, indicating that without effective treatment, we might lose EZ in a month.

Kim, EZ's partner for 35 years, is a warrior in her own right. Having just completed a grueling two-month regime of Chemotherapy and Radiation, her resilience shines through. Together, they have kept their small Sign Shop afloat, with EZ as the creative force and Kim as his steadfast support. Now, with EZ hospitalized, they are facing an unprecedented financial strain.
