According to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Unfortunately, this statistic hit home recently when our sister Tamara Morgan was diagnosed with breast cancer. Being diagnosed in November 2023 & only 38-years-old was life changing. She has her whole life in front of her. She is a single mom to a beautiful 22-month-old daughter Capri & dog mom of a 7-year-old pocket American Bully named Munchkin. Tamara is the most amazing mom and always puts Capri first. Nothing brings her more joy and happiness than her daughter. Mother isn’t the only label Tamara holds. She is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend to everyone. Tamara is the type of person who will drop everything for a friend in need. Whether they need someone to watch their child, hold a hand when a loved one passes away, or just give you a reason to smile, she is there for everyone. She is the ultimate ride or die! Even if there was a stranger in the check-out line behind her in need, she would be the one to help. Tamara has the biggest heart than anyone I have ever met. Her love and loyalty is unmeasured. Tamara lights up every room she is in with her contagious LOUD laugh and personality! In January, she underwent a lumpectomy and sentinel node removal at Massachusetts General Hospital. Currently, she is undergoing chemotherapy. Once completed, she will take a short break to regain strength and then begin radiation therapy. Tamara’s strength and resilience should be inspiration to all of us. She fights not just for herself, but to show everyone not to give up. Tamara has been a pillar of strength and support to countless individuals, now it’s our turn to be there for her. Please spread this message & show your support to the woman that has been loyal to so many. Keep our girl in your thoughts & prayers. Any donation amount would be appreciated. Let’s stand by Tamara as she fights this battle. Go TEAM TAM!! Here's to Love, Light, & Healing...
