Matt Menza, known by the callsign Cube, is preparing to race his L-39C Albatros jet, The Patriot, at the National Championship Air Races in Roswell, New Mexico. A retired Navy pilot and test pilot, Matt has spent a lifetime flying some of the fastest and most demanding aircraft in the world. After 20 years of service, 397 carrier landings, four combat deployments, and more than 8,000 flight hours in over 60 aircraft types, Matt is now chasing a dream that his military and airline career never gave him the chance to finish: racing his own jet. As a rookie in the Jet Class, Matt will be competing in the fastest motorsport racing event in the world, bringing race #21, The Patriot, to the starting line with the same skill, discipline, and determination that have defined his life in aviation.

This fundraiser is to help Matt cover the very real costs of getting The Patriot safely to Roswell and ready to compete.
