Support Gamila El Masri's Stroke Recovery

Please help support our dear friend Gamila El Masri—dancer, choreographer, producer, teacher, and costumer—a mainstay of New York's Middle Eastern dance scene since the late 1970s. Last December, she suffered a serious stroke and, like many in the arts, she was underinsured. Her recovery is not complete, and she is struggling to meet her living expenses, but most of all, she wants to pay the medical team that saved her life and helped her come this far in her recovery.
