Sully is the sweet, smiley son of Cody and Jordan Sytsma. At only 18 months old, Sully has developed a Wilms tumor. After a surgery where doctors hope to remove the tumor, Sully will begin chemotherapy. Surgery and treatment will take place at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines.

Jordan and Cody will balance being with Sully through recovery and treatments while maintaining a sense of normalcy for their spunky and fun 3-year-old daughter, Lennon. Cody and Jordan are both busy in their coaching seasons with Gilbert Athletics. Cody is a volunteer coach for the Tiger football team and Jordan is the head coach for the cheer team, as well as a counselor at Gilbert High School.
