Join Sierra's Journey to Health Recovery

To all my friends, family and supporters of Sierra.. and even the ones who may not know Sierra… she is a 28 year year old mother asking for help during a very difficult time in her life..

I am reaching out to you today with a humble request for help and support for my daughter.

Sierra has been in the hospital for 5 days after having a stroke. She has been going into seizures and is now unable to use her right arm. She has appointments set to figure out exactly what caused this along with physical therapy to try and gain function of her right arm back. They are running back to back test on her. Her kidneys have also been affected significantly. They will be deciding if she needs to go on dialysis after running a few more test.

Sierra and I have went back and forth for quite some while about creating this GoFundMe page. Sierra doesn’t like asking for help from anyone and always has tried her best to figure things out on her own, but After months and months of debating, and her health only declining, we finally came to the agreement that it is time. Sierra has been facing significant health issues for quite some time now. Her health issues have recently turned into financial challenges, and she is in urgent need of assistance to catch up on her bills and ensure that she has a stable and secure home.

As most of you know, Sierra was diagnosed with type one diabetes at the age of 16. Since then she has struggled to keep her diabetes under control which has led to more serious complications. Without going into too much detail(per Sierra’s request) Her kidneys and liver are in bad shape along with many other things. She has been working on getting medical assistance but doesn’t have it at this time. All of her medications, medical bills, and doctors visits are adding up on top of all her other bills, it’s just becoming too much for her to handle.

Sierra’s health along with other unexpected circumstances have left them struggling to keep up with there bills, including rent, utilities, etc. As much as it hurts me to have to ask for help for my daughter, I have realized that she cannot do this alone. It breaks my heart knowing my daughter is having to deal with all the financial stress and burden on top of her health issues right now. Your generosity and support can make a world of difference for her during this challenging time.

I have created this GoFundMe page for my daughter to humbly ask for your assistance. My husband and I have helped Sierra financially for a while now, but it’s come to the point where we are unable to help financially anymore. That is why this is so important. Your donations will help alleviate the financial burden she is facing and provide them with the stability they need to move forward. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will be deeply appreciated and will have a direct impact on their lives.

I understand that times are tough for many people, and I am truly grateful for any support you can offer. Your kindness and generosity will not only help her catch up on her bills but will also provide her with the hope and encouragement that she needs to overcome this difficult time in her life.
