Join Shibby's Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer

Hello, My name is Siobahn but most people call me Shibby. For the last 8 months I’ve been continuously sick with everything from aches and pains breathing issues to pneumonia. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last 4 months trying to recover from my chronic illness and I actually coded in March and was brought back by the medical staff and put on life support for a time while they tried desperately to get me back to a point where I was able to recover enough to be diagnosed. I was finally diagnosed on July 1st after my most recent 12 day admission to the hospital with non small cell stage 4 lounge cancer which has since spread to my lymph nodes and to my L4 and L5 on my spine . I have started Chemotherapy and plan to fight back with all I have. Unfortunately I am unable to work in my condition and my husband is also disabled after his open heart surgery 5 years ago. We are the kind of people who have always gone above and beyond to help people in any way possible. Now I am asking for your support to help me fight cancer and keep my family from losing what little we have that we have worked so hard for. Every single dollar will go to my unpaid medical bills and my equipment needs such as oxygen, a walker, a bedside potty, a wheelchair for me to get to my medical appointments and proper nutrition to help me get through this. I will also need an in home nurse as well as a physical therapist several times per week to continue the process of fighting back against the cancer. Unfortunately my insurance has made it difficult for me to get the care that I need and they have refused to cover many things including my pain management. If you have ever had cancer that has spread to your bones?… you would understand the continues pain and the effects that it has on me both physically and emotionally putting me into depression on top of everything else.
