Join Sethany's Journey to Recovery

Hola, my name is Sethany. I am a 31yr old single parent of a 5yr old. On May 16th 2024 I was found unresponsive at work and rushed to the hospital. I was diagnosed with a rare condition called RCVS (Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome). The next day I had to undergo emergency brain surgery to repair the vessels in my brain. I had left side paralysis and they discovered a hole in my heart. I was in the ICU for over a week and now need physical therapy and lots of follow up doctors appointments with Cardiologist, Neurologist, Physical Therapist, etc. I have no insurance and on an unpaid FMLA. I have been out of work almost a month and still have not been cleared to return to work or even drive. Everyday has become a stressful struggle. I have exhausted my savings and need help with Medical and household bills. I am very independent and hate asking for help, but I have realized I need it. Any thing would truly be appreciated and helpful for me and my daughter during this recovery process. Thank you.
