I am heartbroken to announce that, on July 6th, my beautiful wife 'Beks' was taken far too soon at the age of 25 by the evil disease we know as cancer. She was the most loving, caring and joyful Wife, Daughter, Sister, family member and friend who always put others first. She was so loved by everyone around her and she made a big impact on everybody's lives who knew her.

Rebekah was diagnosed with an aggressive type of Stage 4 Breast Cancer in December 2023, and started chemotherapy shortly after. She was fighting hard throughout her journey, never losing faith, up until the very end. She always made sure to put everybody else's feelings first by putting on a brave face and letting them know everything was going to be okay. She never let cancer dictate her life and continued to be an amazing person, a joy to be around, and doing what she loved. We even got married during this period, despite her lack of energy and side effects.

After 6 months of treatment, she had developed severe migraine like symptoms and back pain. While admitted at the hospital, it was discovered that this cruel cancer had spread to her brain. Her condition had deteriorated rapidly, and after 3 weeks, she went peacefully with her family by her side. They held her tight, cherishing the last few minutes with her on this Earth.
