Join Ramzie Abidlatif's Journey to Overcome MS

Well, hello everyone. Not in a million years did the thought of possibly starting one of these cross our minds. We are starting a GoFundMe for Ramzie Abidlatif and our family. Some may also know him as “Rambo.” Either way, he is the same person. We recently received some unfortunate news about his health. Ramzie just got diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) in the brain. Apparently, it is not curable, but there are ways to prolong it. But what makes it even worse is the fact it’s in the brain. We have gotten a few different opinions, and so far, it’s the same answer. The conclusion came down to 5-10 years to live on the high side, but 1-2 years before becoming crippled and ending up in a wheelchair. We are still going to get multiple other opinions as well.

The symptoms started about a month ago when he went to sleep one night and the next morning woke up blind out of his left eye. As of now, he is going to continue to be permanently blind out of his left eye, and they have him on steroids to prevent it from transferring to his other eye. It was a hell of a year for our family, as it was for others. The bumps in the road just never stopped, from broken bones to mild heart attacks. But he’s a fighter; I think we can all agree to that. He is gonna fight this so-called incurable disease and beat it. In the process of this battle, we have no clue what to really expect along the way. So we are asking for help financially so we can focus on his health throughout this journey. A person like Ramzie does not deserve to have to go through something like this. This man has the biggest heart I have ever seen on a person. He would rather help everyone else around him or even random strangers than he would himself. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated, no matter what. We just want him to be okay. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we go through this crucial time. Thank you.
