Hi, I’m Merrin, and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my best friend’s son, Quinton. He’s almost 7 years old and lights up every room with his energy, infectious smile, and those adorable, funny faces that make everyone around him laugh. On June 6, 2025, Quinton was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). And later, he was also confirmed to have the Philadelphia-positive (PH+) mutation. He has: PH+ B-ALL. A rare and aggressive form of leukemia. It’s every parent’s nightmare, and it’s been devastating to watch my closest friend’s world turn upside down.

On June 9th, Quinton underwent surgery to place a port and begin his treatment. That day marked Day 1 of a long and intense medical journey. He is now facing a rigorous treatment plan with weekly hospital visits, procedures, and tests.

Quinton is as strong as a lion, and he will beat this.

His parents are doing everything they can to stay strong for him and their two other children, Cian and Addy, but they need our help. Between the emotional, physical, and logistical demands, this journey is overwhelming.
