Hi, I’m Phillip Cejudo—a cook, food lover, and fitness enthusiast raised in my family’s food truck business, El Mar Azul, which proudly served Highland Park for 41 years. Growing up in that environment taught me that great food is about craftsmanship, hard work, and bringing people together.
After my family’s home was sold and our longtime business came to an end, I found myself starting over. Rather than walk away from the life I love, I took the smallest step I could and launched Omelette Pan, a simple omelet stand in Venice Beach. Every breakfast I serve helps me move closer to rebuilding my future.
My dream is to restore and launch Rosie’s Canteen, a vintage 1962 Airstream food trailer inspired by the values I grew up with. I’ve already purchased the trailer and invested in most of the kitchen equipment. Now, I need help bringing everything together—completing the build, installing essential systems, covering permits, and opening the business.
If you’re interested in helping beyond a financial donation, there are other ways you can make a big impact. For example:
* Covering maintenance or repair costs for my Land Rover, which is crucial for transporting the trailer.
* Donating ingredients for Omelette Pan—like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy (cheese, butter), and olive oils.
* Sharing or promoting Omelette Pan with friends, or simply spreading the word.
Your support, in any form, helps me turn years of experience, perseverance, and a lifelong dream into a reality.
Thank you for believing in my journey.
