As many of you know, Pete is someone you can always call when you need a helping hand. He will often drop whatever he is doing to come and help you.
In 2006, Pete had a heart attack which resulted in a quadruple bypass. He was able to fight his way back from that, but in 2023, Pete had a major stroke, which left him paralyzed on the left side. He was completely dependent on everyone to help him, and for anyone who knows Pete, he was not happy about needing help. With Pete’s determination, he was able to get back to doing most things for himself.
Then, most recently in February, a mass was found in his lung. He has now been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. He is in the biggest battle of all. He has started chemotherapy and radiation treatment, which is physically, emotionally, and financially draining. We all know that he will battle this new challenge as well, but all this has caused a huge financial hardship for Pete and Laurie and any help would be greatly appreciated. He and his family thank you all for your support.
