Hello Friends and Family,

As many of you know, Payton (PayPay) Williams is currently a high school junior, excelling in everything he does. Whether in academics, football, or wrestling, Payton puts his whole heart into everything he does. Throughout his life, PayPay has been my little helper in the kitchen. But over the past 4 years, his love for cooking has increased, and he has begun to see himself as a future restauranteur. As the youngest of 3 very talented and driven kids, he has patiently waited for his time to shine. PayPay, it's your time and Family; we need your help. We are thrilled to share that Payton has been accepted into the prestigious Culinary Institute of Switzerland! Payton and I are incredibly proud of his grit and drive towards excellence. If we can raise the money, he will study for 1 week in the Hospitality Sustainability Business program and 2 weeks in the Culinary Arts Program.
