50 Years Later, We Return to Give Back and Revive the Calling
We are alumni of the Immaculate Conception Seminary, Class 1975 — celebrating our 50th year since graduation. As we come together for our grand alumni homecoming, we are moved not just by fond memories but by a deep concern: the growing silence in the halls that once echoed with young voices answering God’s call.
Since the pandemic, there has been a steady and troubling decline in the number of young men pursuing the priestly vocation, especially in the Diocese of Malolos, Bulacan. The seminary that formed us, and countless others, is now witnessing fewer and fewer new aspirants.
We believe that this is not just a crisis of numbers — but a spiritual call for action.
Why We’re Raising Funds:
We are launching a program to promote and revive priestly vocations among young men.
Your support will help us:
- Create awareness campaigns highlighting the importance and joy of the priesthood
- Support vocation discernment programs and retreats for young men
- Reach out to families and parishes to rekindle support for priestly formation
- Honor and sustain the mission of the seminary that shaped who we are today
- Providing financial assistance to seminarians who lack the means to continue their journey
This is our way of giving back — of expressing our gratitude for the gift of formation we received 50 years ago. Priests are God’s instruments in sustaining faith, hope, and spiritual guidance in our lives. Now more than ever, the Church needs shepherds.
Will you help us keep the flame of vocation alive?
No donation is too small. Every penny and every prayer counts.
Let us build a future where young men once again rise and say, “Here I am, Lord.”
