We are a group of neighbors in Temescal, Oakland who have been working to support students at Oakland International High School, a newcomer school in our neighborhood. Through various efforts, our goal is to support, uplift, aid, & protect our newly immigrated neighbors.

Your donation will help offer immediate financial relief for OIHS students.

OIHS is a public high school for newcomer students that has been providing vital support to young immigrants since 2007. We are asking for your donation to help alleviate some of the unique & increasingly difficult burdens of our time for these students and their families.

All funds raised will be given directly to students at Oakland International High School as pre-paid VISA gift cards. The gift cards will help meet needs like paying for food, clothing, transportation, emergency housing, legal fees...

The organizers of this fundraiser (Lasha & Jessie) are in direct relationship with multiple teachers at the school and are organizing this fundraiser with their permission.
