Kristin plays a role with many personas to try to make everyone happy. She is an incredible friend, mother and beloved "Gaga." This past month she was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and with further testing, cancerous cells were detected and spread to her lymph glands. For those of you that have the pleasure of knowing her, you know that she is an extraordinary human being. She is cheerful, loving, unbelievably beautiful inside and out and always puts her friends, family and her dog (Sadie) before herself. These last 8 months we have taken the steps to get where we are today because of being told "you just have a virus, go home and rest." This type of cancer reacts incredibly well with radiation and chemotherapy. As of now, no surgery is required. Because of this, she will be unable to work. Some of her medical expenses are not covered and with the everyday necessities of life, money is getting tighter and tighter. Kristin is one of the strongest, most selfless people I have ever known and is always there to give her love and support or the shirt off her back for anyone that needs it. Now, it's time to send back some of that love and support to Kristin. Anything you can donate is truly appreciated. Everything that we can do to help and surround her with love is what is most important so she can focus on beating this.
