Join Our Flight: Relief for California's Wildfires

Hello. Our names are Blaise and Diego, two friends and pilots at Florida Tech. We are both speechless about what is going on in California right now and more than motivated to help those in urgent need. These are the worst wildfires California has seen in a long time, and we have the resources that are needed to help. The situation is dire, and we can’t stand by and do nothing.

We’re raising funds to fly out commercially to California and assist with rescue missions. We’ll be renting a small aircraft there and delivering much-needed food, supplies, and support to the victims on the ground. As pilots, we have the skills and aircraft to be part of the solution, but we need your help to make it happen. All funds raised will go directly toward covering the cost of fuel, travel expenses, and any essential equipment to ensure our safety and the safety of those we’re assisting. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference in the lives of those affected. Thank you for trusting us with this mission we are eager to help.

*Diego (PPL, IR, Multi-Rating, CPL, CFI) has already been part of a very successful mission like this in 2024 with Hurricane Milton.
