Help battle medical debt in the trenches of modern society!

Hi all! I never thought that I'd find myself in need of community support like this, but here we are. Over the past two years, I've had to have quite a few surgeries and associated medical expenses, which have added up to quite a lot of medical debt for the family. Even with employer-provided health insurance, a good job in what is considered a stable field of work, and both adults in the house working, it isn't enough. And isn't that kind of the way the world seems right now?

Despite our best efforts to manage everything, the upcoming surgery to finally fix my wrists is looming large on the horizon. I checked in online for the first surgery this morning and they had a "Prepare for your upcoming visit" banner. It simply said, "You owe $XXXX.XX money. Pay now." Yes, the number of digits is correct. Yes, this is just for the right wrist, with the left one coming later in the year. No, I haven't been able to pay off everything from last year at all.

And that's where things stand right now. I know this is a lot to ask for from the community, but it's the reality I'm facing at the moment. I really need a lift to get out of this and help stabilize the future for my family. I greatly appreciate anything you can give to help this, and I promise to use my new found powers only for good should I come out the other side a mutant or superhero or something like that!
