Join Noah's 76-Mile Ride for Clean Water

Hello, I am the proud father of Noah Hand. Noah was born in the Dominican Republic when I worked there for 6 years. Each year Noah goes on a bike ride with me in the beginning of summer to see how much he can do. Last year when Noah was 6 he did 24 miles in just a few hours. This year we decided to go longer and turn this into a fundraiser to help families that are in need of clean water from where he is from.

Through the non-profit organization that I worked for, we built a waterhouse in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. It is in a region called Constanza, in the village of Palero. This waterhouse provides clean water to families at a reduced price. They use motorcycles to deliver the water primarily, so they can go to villages that might not otherwise have the option of getting clean water. The waterhouse also provides income for the local pastors. In the photos are Pastor Deigra and Pastor Yeuris. They have been pastors in that region and worked at the waterhouse since it begin over 6 years ago. They have delivered thousands and thousands of gallons of clean water to families.

We want this bike ride to raise funds so that Pastor Diegra and Pastor Yeuris can deliver brand new 5 galloon water jugs for free, filled with clean water to families in need. So for every mile that Noah bikes will be a filled five galloon jug of water to a family in need. This year we will take two days to ride 76 miles. So that is 76 jugs of water, and 76 families that will be helped. We will be biking June 16th-17th. Would you help Noah raise the funds to help families in need?
