Hi friends and family,

I am Nahid. I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in March of 2024.

I am still in the process of recovery. This last year was very scary and challenging. I was unable to reach out the first year because of the shock and the shame of getting a very dangerous diagnosis in the prime of my life.

In this journey, I found myself unwell and unable to work parts of the year. Alongside the conventional therapies, I am also doing alternative therapies to heal my body. Unfortunately, the alternative therapies are not covered by my insurance.
