Join Music Plus' 50-Year Celebration

50 years ago this fall, the Music Plus record chain began, and we're having a reunion to celebrate!

Woooo Hoooo!! We’ve reached our first fundraising goal and have paid for the venue and cleaning! Now we are raising money for food and beverages, tables, décor and maybe some collector 50th Anniversary t-shirts to give away so we are raising our goal to $3500. Please don’t forget to contact your fellow co-workers and encourage them to come to the Reunion and RSVP!

*Although no amount is too big or too small, we suggest a minimum of $20 per person for those attending.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A TIP THAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR DONATION UNLESS YOU CHANGE THE SLIDING SCALE. WE CAN’T CHANGE THE PERCENTAGE ON OUR END AND THAT MONEY WON’T SUPPORT THIS EVENT. YOU NEED TO MANUALLY CHANGE IT TO ZERO OR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR CHOICE.

Depending on how much money we raise, we may also be able to provide more substantial food and ticket(s) for adult beverages, and souvenir mementos of the event.

Cash only, full bar will be available for individual purchase. There is an ATM on-site.

Event Highlights:

We are expecting the 3 remaining owners; Lou Fogelman, David Berkowitz and Terry Pringle to be there; along with many of your co-workers from Music Plus stores, City One Stop, and Show Industries’ main office. Our vendors and music industry reps are being invited as well.

In Memoriam Table: Dedicated to those we have lost. Attendees are invited to bring copies of pictures to add to the display.

Photo and Memorabilia Archives: A collection of items related to Music Plus/Show Industries/City One Stop will be on display, including buttons, t-shirts, vests, newsletters, photos, etc.

Music Plus and/or Rock ‘n’ Roll attire is encouraged!

This event is still developing and new info. will be posted as money is raised and features are added. So, stay tuned to the Music Plus Reunion 2024 Facebook page and/or send us your email to the email address in the announcement if you’d like to receive updates.
