HEY! My name is Mitch Nelson and I am a 25 yr old singer/songwriter from Chester, CT. I started out during quarantine (2020) teaching myself to play guitar, sing and write songs. This decision has brought on countless miracles for me. From having a day of the week named after me at my hometown bar, The Pattaconk, to playing my first wedding in 2024.

This gift I have been blessed with and worked hard to improve upon makes me feel happy, frustrated, determined, challenged and purposeful. I write songs that help me find joy and look at the bright side. I write songs that I actually enjoy listening to. I write songs because I love it, it’s what I do best.

The real miracle is that other people enjoy the music I create. Now we’ve all got haters don’t get me wrong, but those people are probably not still reading this. So if you’re here with me, whether you’re new fans or you’ve been here all along, thank you for believing in me.

Some of you have been asking me since the beginning to get my songs on Spotify and Apple Music and you may have heard me say, I’m not ready. I’m glad I waited but I’m so excited to FINALLY have this hard work bear fruit.
