Miranda Lara, a talented marketing representative for Baths of America, broke her femur and tibia after falling down the stairs of her apartment on her way to work. This unfortunate event resulted in emergency surgery and six weeks of being bedridden.

During this time, Miranda was only able to receive half pay and, without insurance, it has caused significant hardship for her and her small children she solely supports. .

Miranda is determined to get back on her feet as soon as possible and return to her full-time schedule at work. However, due to not having insurance, she has had to forgo much-needed physical therapy. As someone who has always admired Miranda's creative talents and her dedication to being the best in her work and community involvement (such as with NKBA or ASID), the request is for individuals to have an opportunity to give back to someone who has given so much to others.

The goal is to ease the unexpected burden that Miranda is facing by helping with her medical expenses, physical therapy, and loss of income.
