Hey friends, family, and every amazing person who’s ever said to me, "Mike, if you ever need anything—just reach out."

Well… Today is that day.

If you know me, you know that asking for help isn’t easy. Pride usually gets in the way. But I also believe that fear suffocates dreams—and sometimes, you’ve got to give people the chance to show up for you just like you’ve shown up for them.

So here it goes.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about people. Whether it’s through motivational content, my music, or leading keynotes and workshops—my mission has always been to create hope, promote purpose, and push for change in the spaces I serve: my workplace, my communities, my teams.

And recently, I was blessed with an opportunity that truly confirmed that calling.

I was selected to attend a program through HEROIC Public Speaking—one of the most powerful, respected, and transformational speaker development organizations in the country. I just completed their CORE training (still feeling the impact), and now I’ve been invited to continue into their elite GRAD Program. This is where things really level up—intensive coaching, performance mastery, message refinement—the whole deal.

But, as with any Grad-level program… it comes with a price tag.

The full tuition is $25,000.

(Yep—I had the same reaction.)

But here’s the good news:

I’ve been sponsored $10,000 by some amazing people (huge blessing).

I’m personally fronting $12,000 from my own funds and side hustles.

That leaves $3,000 remaining—and that’s where you come in.

I’m humbly asking for help to cover the final stretch. If you’ve ever believed in me, been impacted by anything I’ve said, taught, sung, or stood for—your support would mean the world.

This isn’t just about getting into a program. This is about launching a movement. One that brings more light into leadership spaces, more truth to stages, and more purpose into the lives of the people I’m called to serve.

Please don’t feel obligated to give beyond your means. I’m as grateful for $20 as I am for $200—or $2,000. It’s not about the number—it’s about the heart behind it.
