My name is Mike Birt and I've recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Prostate Cancer. Just last year, I was diagnosed with diabetes, which added to my kidney disease and Sarcoidosis diagnoses from the past. I'm physically overwhelmed and I'm reaching out for financial support for my prostate surgery, doctor's appointments, and other financial responsibilities.
