Join Michelle Rivera's Battle Against Cancer

Our mother is the glue to our family. She is not only our mother, but a wife, and the absolute best grandma to our kids.

Some of you might not know, but our loving mother Michelle Rivera, was devastatingly diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer in February of this year. as you can imagine we took this news super hard, and we are all absolutely heartbroken. She has been given a prognosis for a year to a year and a half of life. Oncologist are saying with pancreatic cancer being so aggressive; the only thing they can do is stop it from spreading and to extend the lifeline of our mother with chemotherapy the best that they can. Our mom is one of the strongest people we know, and her body is responding well to chemotherapy, but we need to do something more.

After months of research, we have found a special doctor that is well known for treating patients with pancreatic cancer using the Nanoknife procedure that will not only extend her life but could potentially cure her of pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately, the insurance does not cover the bill of the doctor and with our mother being out of work due to her illness and my father, being there as her caregiver only able to work part time, the funds for this procedure are hard to obtain.
