ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Dear Friends, Family & Film Lovers,
My name is Mia Russell, a 25-year-old Italian-American actress based in Rome. Cinema has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember — the kind of love that endures doubt, fear, and hardship, and keeps calling you back.
After years of imagining and refining, I’ve written my first short film: “Noi, Nessuno” — which translates from the Italian as “Us, Nobody”.
ABOUT THE MOVIE
This film explores the quiet ache of loneliness through three emotionally rich moments:
A young man at a birthday party, lost in a sea of strangers
A woman returning to her hometown, feeling like a foreigner
An elderly couple who’ve created their perfect nest, far from the world.
MY AMBITION... MY MISSION
This is my directorial debut. It’s scary.
But I’m doing it anyway — with a team of friends and collaborators who believe in this story and are offering their talent, time, and hearts to make it real.
