Hello my name is Gabriel Salama. Just 4 weeks ago I finished my first full year in Yeshiva in Israel. It made a huge impact on me. Being in Israel is a unique meaningful experience all possible thanks to Hashem, my parents, my rabbis, and my family and friends. I would like to make a special thanks first to Hashem for being all I am, my parents for guiding me on the right path and giving me the support I need, my rabbis for teaching and encouraging me on my journey to Judaism and explaining in a supportive way my family’s strong orthodox roots. I want to thank Shorashiem for showing me in a love and kind way how and when to do the right thing, and always keeping a relationship with me making me feel at home even while I am away in Israel. Being away in yeshiva has allowed me to grow spiritually, and give me the opportunity to learn all the goods and the bads from the ups down of every chapter on being on my own. I have grown a passion to learn Torah and apply this learnings to my everyday life, share it to my siblings and my friends. Learning Gemara has opened my mind into ways that no other teaching or books can do. It gives me the chance to share it and bring other people closer to Hashem. With first the help of Hashem and the support of my parents, I want to bring you along my journey of judaism to learn and spread Torah all over the world. Take this opportunity of being part of this mitzvah and join me on this journey. My story as well as other countless stories from my yeshiva classmates, who over the year became my brothers, are truly inspirational for others to follow. Emunah and bitahon are the key to life success. Whoever is reading this, may Hashem bring you happiness, parnasah, Chaim toviem, hatzlacha, in all that you are trying to accomplish in life.
